3. Account Registration

To use Dream Journal, you must:

Be at least 16 years of age
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly update any changes to your information
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You may register using your email address or through Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free and Paid Features

Dream Journal offers both free and paid subscription options. Paid subscriptions provide access to additional features, including AI-powered dream interpretations.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected at purchase
Payment is processed securely through Stripe
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes

4.3 Token System

AI interpretations are powered by a token system. Tokens are allocated monthly based on your subscription plan and reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused tokens do not roll over.

4.4 Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the Service, refunds are generally not provided. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at support@dreamjournal.online for assistance.

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain full ownership of all dream entries and content you create using Dream Journal. We do not claim any ownership rights over your personal content.

5.2 Licence

By using the Service, you grant Dream Journal a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other accounts
Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
Harass, abuse, or harm others

6. AI-Generated Content

The AI dream interpretations provided by Dream Journal are:

Generated automatically based on your dream content
For informational and entertainment purposes only
Not a substitute for professional psychological or medical advice
Subject to the limitations and potential inaccuracies inherent in AI systems

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated interpretations. You should not rely solely on these interpretations for making important life decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Dream Journal platform, including its design, features, logos, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute our software or content
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use our trademarks without written permission
Create derivative works based on the Service

Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

11. Indemnification

12. Termination
